Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 7 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via standard or registered mail services.
Standard shipping does not include tracking number, so we are not responsible for any package loss that may occur.
Registered mail service include tracking number and signature required at delivery time.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport and packing fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Receipt of goods by the customer
Upon receipt, it is the responsibility of the Recipient to verify that the receipt of the goods corresponds to the order, that the information on the invoice is correct and that the condition, documentation and packaging are intact. In case there are visible marks that suggest that the merchandise may be damaged, it is the Recipient's responsibility to note this on the delivery receipt (either digital or on paper), stating that the merchandise is damaged. If the merchandise is accepted without doing so, it will invalidate any subsequent claims made by the customer.
In the event of a situation like the one mentioned in the clause above, it will be necessary to start a problem report (here in after referred to as a ticket) by e-mail to [email protected]
Claims will only be accepted by us within 48h of receipt. If that time ends without the claim having been made, it will be considered that the goods were received by the Recipient in perfect condition and quantities
As a general rule, home bargain offers the customer a 24-month product warranty, which covers only manufacturing defects that the product may have.
After the product defect is confirmed, a refund will be made for use in future purchases
If the product presented as defective does not present any real defect, home bargain will notify the customer that no refund will be granted.
The warranty will automatically become invalid in the following cases:
When there is a loss or falsification of any control label from the manufacturer and / or intermediaries in the distribution chain.
When the cause of the damage or failure is due to incorrect use, not following the instructions in the manual, accidents, improper use, knocks, breaks, accidents or failures produced by other causes that are not attributable to normal conditions of use.
When repairs are performed due to lack of maintenance, adjustment, inspection and cleaning.
When used in unsuitable environments (for example, dusty, exposed to direct sunlight, vibrations, extreme temperatures [below 5ºC and above 40ºC], extremes of humidity [below 10% and above 95%] and when using unplugged outlets or without overvoltage protection).
When installed software is used improperly or illegal software is used.
When the damage is caused as a result of a virus or computer attack.
When the existing life cycle is shorter than the established warranty
